After a busy day at work today, Mary goes to the movies (again) to see her favorite actress, Mary Pickford, in How Could You, Jean? The film has since been lost.
Our Mary obvious enjoyed the film and ends her diary entry with a statement that likely does not reflect her more often negative self criticism: "The kids clever, that's all. You have to hand it to Mary."
